Terms of Use
Review the terms that govern your use of the FABA Systems website, contact form, and strategy-call booking experience.
Draft notice: These Terms of Use are a practical website draft, not legal advice. Before publishing, confirm the legal business name, business address, governing law, dispute process, service terms, and any consumer or industry requirements that apply to the business.

1. Agreement and website scope
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to the FABA Systems website. By using the website, you agree to follow these Terms and any specific terms presented by a third-party service linked or embedded on the website. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
FABA Systems helps real estate professionals think through connected systems for AI and automation, CRM and lead follow-up, review management, lead generation, solo-agent operations, and real-estate teams. Website content is provided to explain those services and help visitors decide whether a conversation may be useful.
2. Information and strategy conversations
Website content is for general informational purposes. A contact-form submission or booking request does not create a client, agency, brokerage, fiduciary, employment, or other professional relationship. A relationship begins only if the parties enter into a separate written agreement, where applicable.
Strategy conversations are intended to review the current operating picture, identify gaps, and discuss possible next steps. We do not promise that a call will produce a particular result, recommendation, revenue outcome, lead volume, or system performance.
3. Booking and communications
The strategy-call page includes a third-party LeadConnector booking widget. Availability, confirmations, reminders, rescheduling, cancellations, and information requested during booking may be controlled by that provider and are also subject to its terms and privacy notice.
You agree to provide accurate information when contacting FABA or requesting a booking, and to use communication details that you are authorized to provide. Do not submit passwords, payment-card information, confidential client records, or other sensitive information through the website forms unless specifically requested through an approved secure process.
4. Acceptable use
You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy the site at scale, impersonate another person or business, misuse the booking or contact flows, or use the website in a way that could harm FABA, its providers, or other visitors.
5. Intellectual property
The FABA Systems name, logo, visual identity, website design, copy, page structure, graphics, and other materials on the website are owned by FABA Systems or used with permission. Except for ordinary personal or internal business viewing, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from those materials without written permission.
6. Information you submit
You remain responsible for the information you submit. You represent that you have the right to provide it and that it does not knowingly violate another person’s rights or applicable law. You give FABA permission to use submitted information as reasonably necessary to respond to you, arrange a requested conversation, evaluate a potential engagement, and provide services if separately agreed.
7. Third-party services and links
The website may link to or embed third-party services, including calendar, hosting, form, communication, or other provider tools. Those services are operated by their own providers and may have separate terms, privacy practices, availability, and technical requirements. FABA is not responsible for third-party content or systems outside its reasonable control.
8. No warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose. FABA does not warrant that any service, automation, campaign, CRM process, or business outcome will meet a particular expectation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, FABA Systems and its owners, team members, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from or related to use of the website, a booking request, a contact submission, third-party services, or reliance on website content. Any additional limits, exclusions, or exceptions required by applicable law should be added during legal review.
10. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, or submission of information that you did not have the right to provide. This section should be reviewed and tailored by counsel.
11. Changes and availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue part or all of the website, its content, or its links without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
12. Governing law and contact
These Terms should identify the governing law, venue, and dispute process applicable to the confirmed legal business and the jurisdictions it serves. Until those details are supplied, do not treat this draft as final. For questions about the website or these Terms, use the Contact page and add the approved business contact details before publishing.
