1. About this policy
FABA Systems (“FABA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides connected systems for real estate professionals, including AI and automation, CRM and lead follow-up, review management, lead generation, solo-agent solutions, team solutions, and strategy conversations. This policy explains how information may be collected through this website and related booking or contact experiences.
2. Information you choose to provide
When you use the contact form, you may provide your first name, last name, email address, phone number, business or team name, role, preferred contact method, and the message or context you choose to share. The form also includes an acknowledgement required to submit a message and an optional marketing-consent choice.
When you use the strategy-call booking experience, the booking provider may request information such as your name, phone number, email address, business or team name, business type, approximate annual sales volume, number of agents, current CRM, primary lead sources, main priority, and the biggest gap in your current process. The booking provider may also request acknowledgements and communication preferences as part of its own scheduling flow.
3. Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider, browser, or embedded third-party services may process technical information such as an IP address, browser type, device information, approximate location, pages visited, referral information, and security or error logs. This website does not currently include a separate analytics or advertising-pixel service in its front-end code. If those tools are added, this policy should be updated before they are activated.
4. How we use information
Information may be used to respond to questions, understand the operating context you share, schedule or prepare for a strategy call, provide requested services, maintain and secure the website, improve the site and client experience, keep records of communications, and meet legal or operational obligations. Optional marketing communications are sent only where the relevant consent or other lawful permission exists.
5. Service providers and sharing
We may use service providers for website hosting, form delivery when a form endpoint is configured, calendar scheduling, email or text notifications, security, and other necessary business operations. The current strategy-call page embeds a LeadConnector booking experience at the URL supplied for this website. Those providers may process information under their own privacy notices and terms.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate misuse, or as part of a business transfer. We do not use this policy to promise that information can never be disclosed; the actual practices and provider contracts should be reviewed before launch.
6. Retention and security
We intend to keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, legitimate business records, dispute resolution, security, or legal obligations. The appropriate retention periods should be confirmed for the business before this policy is finalized.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and the services involved. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Your choices and privacy requests
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may be able to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about the use of your personal information. You may also ask to stop optional marketing communications. Requests may be made through the Contact page. We may need to verify a request and may retain information where the law permits or requires it.
8. Cookies and third-party content
This site may use basic browser storage or cookies through hosting, security, fonts, or embedded third-party services. The booking widget is provided by a third party and may operate under its own cookies, tracking technologies, privacy notice, and consent choices. Review the provider’s terms before relying on the widget for production use.
9. Children
This website is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed to children. Please do not submit information about a child through the contact or booking forms.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website, services, providers, or legal requirements change. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
11. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, use the Contact page. Add the approved business email, mailing address, and privacy-request process here before publishing.
